Ana Oliva - Paralegal

Ana Oliva is an expert in the management of the enforcement of companies’ industrial and intellectual property rights. She manages proceedings relating to intangible rights in all aspects of the registration of distinctive signs (trademarks and trade names) and designs, both in the European Union and on an international level.

She is responsible for processing and submitting suspensions, objections and appeals to the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She also carries out monitoring of European Union trademarks and registers transfers and licenses of real rights, as well as name changes related to Spanish trademarks in the European Union.
