Carme Recort has almost 20 years’ experience in managing the protection of companies’ intellectual and industrial property rights.

At March & Fieldfisher, she manages the intangible rights procedures for the registration of distinctive signs (trademarks and trade names) on both national and European levels. At the same time, she is also in charge of the processing and submission via the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of requests, objections, concessions, renewals and claims.

She also performs a nationwide brand surveillance service across Spain.
