Cristina Arroyo has almost 30 years’ experience in the management of the enforcement of companies’ industrial and intellectual property rights, which has made her an expert in the management of proceedings relating to intangible rights in all aspects of the registration of distinctive signs (trademarks and trade names), designs and inventions (patents and utility models), both at the national and international levels, especially in America, Asia and Oceania.

She monitors inventions and designs at the international level. She is responsible for researching the viability of trademarks abroad (applications, publications, refusals and concessions at the international level). She also manages applications, publications, refusals and concessions of patents and inventions at the national and international levels.
