He is also an expert in unfair competition, competition law and information and communications technology.
He advises national and multinational companies on registration and protection strategies for their trademarks and inventive methods. He has extensive experience in the negotiation of licence and transfer agreements on all kinds of industrial and intellectual property rights, as well as their enforcement in national and international proceedings.
He has been a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) for two decades, and since 1999 he has also been a legal adviser to the Business Confederation of Terrassa (CECOT). In addition, since 2013 he has been recognised as one of the best lawyers in Spain in his field by the Chambers & Partners directory.
