Gonzalo Arsuaga

He is a junior Intellectual Property lawyer focused on the protection of intangible assets and trademark portfolio protection strategies. He has experience in contentious proceedings before the EUIPO and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), as well as in contractual negotiations and out-of-court settlements related to intellectual property matters.

Passionate about protecting innovation, he holds an LL.M. in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law from the International University of La Rioja. He graduated in Law from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid and completed the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the Open University of Catalonia.

During his academic training, he developed strong expertise in the field through internships at law firms such as Baker McKenzie and Andersen.
