Miriam Anidjar

She is an Intellectual Property lawyer with more than six years of experience at leading international law firms. She specializes in litigation, enforcement and contractual negotiations in the field of intellectual property, with a particular focus on copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, patents and unfair competition.

Her practice covers a wide range of industries, including automotive, cosmetics, food and retail. She has extensive experience handling contentious proceedings before the EUIPO and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), as well as pre-litigation and out-of-court intellectual property matters, including risk assessment, cease-and-desist letters, and the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements and IP-related contracts.

Before joining Fieldfisher Spain, she developed her career as a Senior Associate at Arochi & Lindner. She holds double degrees in Law and Business Administration from ESADE, where she also completed an LL.M., and a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from Maastricht University.
